Justice Is Going To Be Done For My Mother Whose Cause of Death On June 14, 2005 Was Tobacco

Wednesday, November 25, 2015 Ms. Susan Cameron Reynolds American Inc. 401 N Main Street Winston-Salem, NC 27101 RE: “Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying, behold I am the LORD, the God of flesh; is there anything too hard for me?” Jeremiah 32:26-28 Dear Ms. Cameron: It was good to read that in June 2015, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company brands Winston, Salem and Kool were sold to Imperial Tobacco Group, and Reynolds American Inc. acquired Lorillard Inc. with R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company becoming the manufacturer of Newport. In February 2015, I had a brain aneurysm. The risk factors that doctors and researchers believe contribute to the formation of brain aneurysms is smoking. I did not smoke, but I was around my family; whom my mother and father smoked Winston, my sisters and brother smoke Kool and Newport. Especially, after any holiday gathering (i.e., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, July 4th etc.,) out came the cigarettes and lighters. I at the time did not know that secondhand smoke was just as bad for one’s health. Nevertheless, through God’s grace, mercy and love, I am here one more day. You have sold everything to focus on the main brand that your company will manufacture. You have targeted to people of color and they are the largest customers of this product – Newport. It is bad enough your company did not care about the harmful effect of its products, but you have no guilt in selling those products (Winston, Salem and Kool) to get to a populous of people that you can see a projected profit with Newport. It is all about the profits for your shareholders. It reminds me of slavery and the slave trade. I write this letter to you for the sake of my family, for the loss of my mother, as she had to battle in her las years, the abuse of tobacco on her body, mind and soul. She never knew how this product would have made her an addict. The Surgeon General warning messages did not appear on the various tobacco products until 1966, when she had already become addicted to the nicotine. For some, it was too late. Ms. Cameron, all I am asking you in the name that is above every name, is to honor my request that I wrote to you in the attached letters. Some people like to go to the courts. find that law firm, to keep them from doing the right thing. I too have gone to the Highest Court in America and throughout the world. I am not losing hope. Man can never manipulate it, no matter how they have their Executive Assistants, their high priced attorneys guard this travesty of justice against the poor and people of color. You don’t see their pain, what it does to families or even care about their health condition or costs. All you know is that . . . you want to be #1. You have and will sell your soul to be #1 at a cost . . . at a price that far outweighs your profit margin every quarter, because lives are at stake. You may sit around Thanksgiving day dinner talking about how good you did this year and how you are positioned in the world as a top tobacco manufacturer. Yet, you never really see the faces of those families, your products enslaved and manufactured by the ingredients in the products you sell. You don’t know or even understand those lives that where changed forever, because Mama and Grandma are no longer here. You too may after that Thanksgiving dinner light up your cigarette and even count the cost of those lives, as they become addicted and some begin to suffer with tobacco-related illnesses first-hand, and others through second-hand smoke. There is nothing too hard for my God. Noting. Just as He did it with David against Goliath, He will do it for the sake of my mother and father. The God I serve is all powerful. He is the one that created the whole heaven and earth; the clouds, the birds, fish, seasons, human beings etc., so nothing is too difficult for Him. I am submitting this personal letter to you on behalf of my mother, Theresa Arlene Wilson and for all that she had to endure in the last years of her life on this earth. The Doctors cannot lie and this Death Certificate speaks the truth. One way or another, justice is going to be done for my mother and so many others who were and are maliciously targeted for corporate and personal gain in America and throughout the world. For the Glory of God, Valerie Foy
